Rodriguez y Rabaneda undertakes to process the personal data collected in compliance with the regulations. Rodriguez y Rabaneda therefore undertakes, with the exceptions provided for by law, to obtain the consent of its clients each time it collects personal data concerning them (for example by means of cookies). 

This data is collected and processed for the purposes of customer management, loyalty and promotion, statistics, management of unpaid invoices, litigation and customer opinions, etc. It is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve these purposes and is never communicated to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the GTC. 

Failure by a client to provide Rodriguez y Rabaneda with the data relating to him/her that is required may result in the impossibility of using the website.
