What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and PayPal payments, just check the option that suits you.

Do you deliver anywhere?

We deliver anywhere in the European Union. Our delivery terms apply in the same way as in France, but the cost and time will vary depending on the distance.

If I order several items, will I receive several packages?

In principle, no, except in exceptional cases for practical reasons of protection of shipments.

What is the delivery time?

We undertake to post your shipment within 48 hours of your payment.

How can I track my order?

We provide you with the identifier of our Colissimo delivery note which will allow you to follow its progress.

What should I do if the package I receive is damaged?

When you receive your parcel, if the packaging shows signs of serious damage, you have the option of :

– Refuse the parcel, it will then be returned directly to the sender

– Ask for the parcel to be made available at your post office so that you can open it in the presence of an authorised agent.

Can I cancel my order?

You can add or remove items from your basket as long as your order has not been validated. Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel your order.

Create my customer account

No banking information is stored on our site.

Your bank details are entered directly on the secure server of our partner Stripe.
